We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if payments are delayed or unpaid, the client engages in illegal, misleading or unethical activities, there is a breach of these Terms, or abuse, harassment or unreasonable conduct is directed toward our team. Clients may terminate services by providing written notice as per the agreed contract terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
13. Changes to Terms
